If you have any questions about the instructions for assembling these kits, please give us a call and we will walk you through any issue that you might have. Call before you modify, as these kits should not need modification to be assembled.

Important instructions for assembly of these KITS. We have already had customer do these things so please do not do this and damage the motor or bike, as damage caused by the customer is not covered under and warranty.

VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS, IF YOU DO NOT KNOW VERY BASIC MOTORCYCLE MECHANICS LIKE HOW TO ADJUST A CHAIN OR TO GREASE A BEARING BEFORE ASSEMBLING, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ASSEMBLE THIS KIT, TAKE THIS KIT TO A MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC, NOT A CAR MECHANIC.
1) Do not run the motor with out oil.
2) Do not over-fill the motor with oil, there is a dip stick in the motor, use it.
3) Do not over-tighten any of the bolts in the motor and snap them off.
4) If a bolt is to long and it is installed in the incorrect hole and then snapped off, this is the responsibility of the customer

5) Do not disconnect any wires that are already connected, no need for this.
6) PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE, PLEASE call and ask before you use a hammer to do something, NOT SMART!

Please make sure that your coil wire connection is tight before you install the fuel tank.

These bikes have a long trip and this connection might be a little loose. You can remove the wire and crimp the connector

a little and re-plug the connector back onto the terminal. If the connection is secure, do not do anything is not the procedure

listed here will secure the connection to make sure that you will have a good solid connection and insuring a solid ignition circuit.

In your wiring, you will find one small green wire with a square molded rubber cover.
This will serve as a ground for the motor. This wire will not be connected to the Battery ground.
We have connected this terminal end to the one of the flywheel cover screws. If you desire to
connect this wire to the same location as we have shown, please remove the screw from the
flywheel cover and connect this green ground wire to this location for a ground for the motor.
